Tonique – The biggest liquor store in Bangalore!
Imagine a store that straddles with two storeys, and boasting a six-foot-tall signage and is then being spread over 25,000 square feet in the heart of Namma Bengaluru. This is actually believed to be a store where you can wander at leisure, and browsing the racks for the rare whiskies and the vintage wines. You can also go ahead and indulge with the invitees and just taste the favourite Italian maker. You can also check with the person who has been familiar with the drinks in case you are opting for the Côtes-du-Rhône red over an Australian Shiraz for your weekend brunch.
Here is good news for you. Imagine no more. Anith Reddy owned Hyderabad based Tonique, and Asia’s largest wine and the liquor boutique is now opened a bigger grandeur in Bengaluru. Tonique is believed to be India’s second largest, where as the first one is opened in the city of pearls in December 2016. After this there are several outlets that turn out to follow including one from the Mumbai Linking Road and the Hyderabad Airport.
With 30,000 sq. ft being spread over the floor Tonique is the largest. And unlike the others liquor markets in Bengaluru like Madhuloka, Drops Total Spirits and House of Spirits, it is stylishly appointed, with hardwood floors, aroma oil diffusers and subtle mood lighting. He also continues to say that “We want to be the Louis Vuitton of the liquor industry,” says Tonique’s founder, Hyderabad-based entrepreneur Anith Reddy, who opened the first outlet in Hyderabad (a 15,000 sq. ft store) two years ago. He even says that he might continue to expand it to four floors by the end of the year.
